    They don't answer the phone; straight to voicemail. I am rethinking the doctor who sent me to them; I don't even know where they are.

    I apologize that this was your experience with our services. I do show in our notes that after we received your information on 07/05/2023 we tried calling the number that was given multiple times and a voicemail has not been set up on the phone, we also did text message the same number. If you would call Truax at ************ someone will get you taken care of. Hope you have a great day!
