  This is a very useful and helpful online dealer, especially if you are planning to use the federal tax credit on a purchase from an individual. To use the federal tax credit, you have to go through a registered dealer. Even without the federal tax credit, this is a great organization that Handles all the paperwork for you for a pretty small fee. The only drawback is you communicate by text messaging, but they always get back to you Within the timeframe they state which was 30 minutes or less for me. Do not expect to speak on the phone with anybody.

  I recently bought a Cadillac ELR through KeySavvy, and the experience was hands-down one of the smoothest car deals I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the process was transparent and very easy. They handled all the paperwork, made the whole process stress-free, and even helped me claim the clean vehicle tax incentive right at the point of sale. No waiting around or second-guessing if I’d get it later.

  Could Not be happier with the level of customer service I received, Transaction was absolutely perfect- and was taken care of start to finish over a weekend.
  Called and spoke to customer service beforehand and they were very helpful and explained whole process. This service is truly unique and provides protection for buyer and seller. I would highly recommend!

  Step by step instruction for both seller and buyer. Inform both parties on what's next on the do list. They will not release the money until all steps are complete. All the necessary documents are created by them and made selling cars to individual super easy.

  I was skeptical about my purchase via third party and was actively looking for trusted dealer in out of state ( Both me and the seller were from different states and was supposed to meet in third state unknown to both of us). I believe I have received the best customer services and support via KeySavvy. I have had million questions and concerns and every time I reached out to their support, I received detail support and information. I am sure Keysavvy is the Uber of the car dealership and has spread the words among all my clients on daily basis. I personally like to thank Nick, Ashleigh, Jason and Sarah for their prompt responses and assuring messages and follow up. Great team
