    Review for ***************************************** Service. I had a service *** come to my home to check my washing machine which was not opperating. I was told after the service *** did some testing that it needed a new lid latch switch and it would fix my machine but had to order one and would return next day. Next day service *** installed new lid lock switch and it did not fix problem. He then try to tell me I now needed new mother board,it would cost about $350 total. I informed him to take the new switch out and I will ***lace the machine. He said he coulldn't do then handed me a bill for $120. I would not have a problem with that,but was told it would fix the problem.Instead of a cheap fix on an old machine,I had to add another $120 plus cost of new. Bottom line,service *** should have told me up front service call price plus he never should have told me the part will fix my problem! *********ONE *STAR*
