      I went to buy a swivel glider chair and a love seat. What they delivered was nothing like what I sat in and ordered. The chair was cheap (you move and the whole chair moved, the fabric did not even match in the arm part). I paid $6,847.72 for this furniture. They had to switch out 3 chairs (each not what I wanted and poorly made) and 2 couches. This was there fault in building something that was nothing like what I sat in and what I paid for. I told them I would expect to get the same furniture that I sat on and that did not happen. This business has been the worst place I have ever bought furniture. What you see is not what you get. The sofa was supposed to be a love seat (which is what I initially ordered) they sent this long 80" sofa so I wanted them to bring me the love seat that matches my chair. I was getting pretty angry and told them to bring me the exact chair that was in their showroom. Finally I got a sturdy "real" piece of furniture. They now want me to pay them money to get this couch changed to the love seat I originally wanted. Here is their reply to actually getting what I wanted:The sofa you have was $4869.00. The loveseat we discussed this morning is $4768. Loveseat ******* Return fee. *******. Delivery ****** Returned sofa ******** tax on delivery ***** Total Due $1520.81 Please help this deceitful business give me what I originally wanted. I will not pay them one cent more.I am 66 years old and this has caused me extreme stress. Since what they have been doing is their fault, they are the ones who should pay to get me what I ordered. They kept saying (after giving me bad furniture) that this does not come with that, this does not come in that model, a number of excuses. I expect to get the furniture I sat in in the store and exactly what I ordered. This is a scam company and it makes me very angry. Thank you. I would appreciate any help.

      It will take me some time to excavate all the paperwork, and assemble a response to this complaint as we have attempted to make ********************* happy many times.   I hope to assemble the paperwork and submit by June 14th.

      Borofka's furniture has built ********************* 2 custom sofas and 2 custom chairs.   We have also delivered a third chair to which she seems content.   All Items came in exactly as ordered and without defect!

      Overall,  our designer *** and store manager ****** worked with ******************* and her friend ****** to get something that **** wanted.  Problem is the goal posts keep moving.  

      We have now arranged with **** to have a loveseat delivered to ****'s home the week of June 17th, hopefully this is what she wants.  If not I am sure we will have to revisit this situation.
