    Would not hire this firm again for any work. Job was to repair base of front stoop to prevent water into basement. Poor workmanship. Job was not aesthetically pleasing. Crack occurred below the lower step which ran the entire length of where the old concrete was replaced appearing within a week of job completion. Took owner three weeks to respond to calls for him to come and see if that could now be fixed. Originally owner responded same day for bid and wanted to start job the following day in the rain. Owner said that he would caulk crack which would look even worse and then he said I should have expected crack to appear and that he did not need to do anything further. He said crack the entire length of new concrete at the juncture of where bottom step meets sidewalk would not allow water into basement. New concrete poured has rust marks-swirls in the concrete maybe from tools or bucket that they used to mix materials. I am no expert here on this but I would think a crack in new concrete indicates an area that is weaker than the rest of the stoop. Job also included recovering old vent space on top of stoop and crack alongside of stoop. Used bright white concrete for grey cement stoop. Really stands out as being repaired. Will need to do something in spring to blend it in to make it look decent. This owner goes by other company names. I believe he only came that day to see crack in new concrete because in call from him I mentioned that I was going to put new flooring basement, and he asked questions about doing a bid for that job.
