    I selected TC Medspa for a cheek filler treatment with Taylor, believing it would be the perfect destination for my aesthetic needs. Unfortunately, my experience took an unexpected turn.
    Following the initial treatment, I noticed a clear imbalance in my face, which I feel Taylor could have and should have addressed.
    I went back the next day to see if this was normal. The owner, Tauni, provided contradictory reassurances, defending Taylor's work while also acknowledging the need for correction.
    At the follow-up with Taylor 2 weeks later, the imbalance persisted. Her contradictory statements and defensive attitude left me feeling uncomfortable and anxious to the point where I had to leave the room.
    Taylor's apology, delivered up front near security cameras and in the presence of a coworker, felt incredibly insincere.
    Despite my discomfort, Tauni defended Taylor, questioning my account until expressing a clichéd apology only after my deep disappointment was evident.
    A subsequent visit to another professional confirmed that Taylor's use of Contour on my high cheek was a mistake and recommended Lyft for a more suitable outcome.
    Despite professional advice, TC Medspa insisted the asymmetry was hardly noticeable, exacerbating my frustration.
    This unfortunate experience not only left me dissatisfied but also led to corrective measures elsewhere. I share this to provide constructive feedback to the company, emphasizing the need for improvement in customer service and treatment quality.
    For future customers, I caution that my journey turned a beauty enhancement into a quest for correction. It's troubling to discover that the professional, Taylor, may not be using the right products for the correct procedures. As clients, we trust the expertise of professionals, assuming they're using the appropriate methods and products. This revelation adds an extra layer of concern and highlights the importance of thorough research and caution when choosing aesthetic services.
