  I could not have moved through the process of restoring my storm-damaged house without Arko's invaluable assistance. They are a phenomenal resource, from coordinating storm loss mitigation, understanding best practices for repairs, and navigating the incomprehensible, inconsistent, maddening bureaucracy of home owner's insurance, consistently defending my consumer rights as the insured. They have advocated for, educated, and encouraged me throughout the restoration journey. Every one of the employees is knowledgeable, professional and caring. They are committed to quality and fulfilling all code requirements, refusing to compromise to obtain the best outcome for my home's repair. Their determination to achieve the desired top quality results never wavers. In particular I wish to recognize Ed A******* and Josh El*** for their kindness, responsiveness, and dedication to supporting and guiding me through a terrifying, discouraging, exhausting process. I can't imagine moving through this without them and the entire Arko organization. I won the lottery when my insurance agent referred me to them. I will be thankful for the rest of my life.

  Arko has been amazing in every possible way. We are into restoration now. They are understanding, responsive, on top of work and subs. This can be a horrific experience and this company made it as good as it possibly could be. Work is excellent as well! Jim my project manager has been amazing.

  Do to an irrigation leak, we ended up with water in our lower level family room, storage room, laundry and bedroom. Arko was suggested by the plumbing company who arrived first. Arko was quick to respond, professional, efficient and friendly. Isaac and Brendon set up fans and a dehumidifier to dry things out. They were outstanding in coming regularly to check on the moisture level, always letting us know they were on their way. They also removed carpet padding and removed excess water in a timely manner that first day, as well as moved furniture. They put a very positive "face" on the company. The line of command is well organized at Arko. Rick and Mike were in communication and as soon as possible, sent out Chris, our estimator, Jim, our project manager followed, who then sent Nate the flooring specialist. Our project of restoration is about to begin, now that all the preliminaries are completed. We have great confidence that they will do an excellent job of putting our home back together.

  We had a great experience with Arko Restoration after damage to our Kitchen, Entry Way and Dining Room, which was caused by an Ice Dam. The entire team was friendly, professional and communicated well throughout the process. The interior crew that repaired the house did an amazing job! Nick especially put in extra effort to really catch all the finer details which made our house look better than it did prior to the damage. We would definitely recommend Arko and plan to work with them again for future construction needs!

  Terrible customer service and I would highly not recommend. We were having a mold issue in our bathroom and when we initially had them come out, they went straight to "yup we need to tear down the ceiling" (of course money hungry). After a final walk through before scheduling the tear down one of the other guys said we can just come in and clean this really well and get rid of the mold. I was pretty happy with this. I don't know what they consider clean. I did a better job myself, but I hired them to do a job I didn't have time or energy to do. They came back a second time and it still looks the same. We were told it was going to be a day long job and between both days they were there for maybe an hour and a half. We are very displeased with the service we received and now we are going to have to do the job we hired THEM to do. DO NOT RECOMEND!!!!!

  Back in November 2022 I reached out to Arko Exteriors to get a quote on a roof that had a leak and ended up leaking into my coat closet which caused mold. When the gentleman from Arko came out he informed me that they had a division that would be able to take care of the coat closet.
  Rick came out from the Restoration division and we had a conversation about the closet and I was left to believe that after the mitigation work was done, they would replace the ceiling and walls and whatever else they needed to take care of. WRONG. So needless to say I have sat all winter with a coat closet that does not even have insulation in it. In the conversation we had I thought they would be back out in the Spring after the roof was replaced and fix the rest of the closet in case it was to leak again throughout the winter (Even though the roof was tarped by my insurance company).
  In February I was notified by Rick that I needed to pay for this work ASAP, which I had not even seen an invoice for. This was an insurance claim and I guess since he could not get anywhere with them it became my problem.
  I asked Rick for a quote on the rest of the work and was told they don't really work on "Trailer Homes", which I live in a modular home.
  I have since found someone else to finish the work and replace the roof. The new Company said the bill for the mitigation work in the closet was outrageous especially since they did not even replace the insulation.
  I was going to have ARKO Exteriors replace the roof but found someone else since I do not trust this company even though I chose them after looking on the BBB.

  We had a flood from refrig ice machine water hose which damaged flooring, wall, cabinetry. We called **** mitigation + our insurance agent. They came swiftly + took up damaged flooring + wallboard to prevent mold or further damage. Set up fans to dry out area==loud but effective! Their restoration company then worked with ** + insurance to submit estimate/paperwork needed. Thanks to ****. We had many Qs which were answered by their staff promptly by text, phone + email throughout the process. Project Mgr ****. was also very communicative + worked out scheduling with ** + promptly followed up on any issues we had in the work processes + resolved them. We were happy with finished product + kitchen new floor color is great! Thanks to all staff who facilitated + implemented the repair/reconstruction. ********

  I had **** remodel my bathroom and they did a fabulous job. I was very impressed with the appearance and the attention to detail they provided. Their workers were very professional and prompt - arrived when they said they would. The job was supposed to take 4 days but they finished in 3. When I asked them to change something they did it right away. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I was told job would start in 4-6 weeks and it didn't start until 15 weeks.

  I was given this company by my insurance company, what a struggle.
  I contacted them prior to my known calls. I did get a call from them to let me know his truck has broken down. he never rescheduled at that time, but I did get a call the next day, but I was not available.
  I then called on August 10 at 9:18 am to reschedule, no response. I then called again on September6 at 3:48 and asked if they did/ or not want the job just to let me know. That never happened.
  in my experience this company is not living up to their website.
