      Our air conditioner went out last week during a heatwave. Contacted Twin City Heating, AC, and Electric for service. The communication was wonderful. Tech Jason arrived and diagnosed our issue in a professional manor and had it repaired. Could not have been happier with service and communication

      Twin Cities Heating & Air are wonderful.
      Dymond, Dante and everyone I encountered were so friendly and professional. Dymond did a tune up on my AC and showed me a part that was racing. They ordered the part and had it installed quickly. Great service!

      Shawn was prompt and very courteous when he came for my scheduled AC tuneup. He is a professional, knowledgeable technician really shows he CARES! I highly recommend **************************  I have their Comfort Care plan and not only do I receive my AC tune up, but my furnace and my electrical panel is checked. Even my water heater and water softener. I even get discounts on any parts I need. THANK YOU Shawn. I appreciate your thoroughness and catching the gas leak coming into our home. It was not something we even noticed but over time...it could have been bad.

      I have been a customer of Twin Citites Heating and Air for a few years now. I have always had great service. I am a member of the Comfort Care program which to me is a really good value.

      Dan is a highly intelligent and well trained air conditioning and hot water heater specialist. He worked diligently, even during the rain on our air conditioner. He also cleaned out our water heater tank which had not ever been done since we bought the unit. It took him many flushings to get it cleaned out well enough to meet his standards!
      He was amazing at his job. Dan was scheduled for a three hour check up but ended up working on our air conditioner and water heater for much longer than that so he met his own standards.
      Dan was personable and we got to know him well and trust him and his skills. We will ask for him again if we need work done at our home!
      Twin City Heating and Air can be extremely proud of Dan!

      Alex did an annual maintenance on our A/C. He has been here multiple times and does a great job. Very thorough and makes sure to address any questions.

      Vue-Vue, Kelsey, Jim, Brice, Connor and Victor all participated in installing our new A/C system. They encountered several issues but resolved them all very professionally. Our new A/C unit is now working and is extremely quiet. Thank you Twin City Heating and Air for your excellent service.
