    I used this company for a roof 20 years ago, and was so impressed that when I needed another new roof, i called then again.
    I found their salesman knew his products very well. The crew worked very hard and the results were most satisfactory. They two onsite supervisors that I dealt with were friendly and were able to answer my questions completely.
    From start to finish my project was handles professionally.

    Excellent advocates in working with insurance company for roof replacement. They were knowledgable, professional, great with following up, and all staff were very pleasant to work with. I've already referred more than one person to Josh F. He is wonderful!

    Answered all of our questions and completed roof within 1 day and gutters a separate day. Happy with end result. Project manager answered all of our questions and explained what was happening. Did a great job cleaning up at end of job.

    Mid-west Roofing crew did a great job. Sales person wrote up a contract. Later he recommend some add-ones, promised to coordinate with insurance, sent in paperwork to insurance, insurance approved add-ones, roofing crew replaced shingles (did great), company sent me invoice, company asked me to rate them. I replied I couldn’t rate them until all work was done. Salesman called me and said “contract has been fulfilled.” He apparently never added on the extra work he recommended.

    Midwest roofing was incredible to work with. All around a GREAT EXPERIENCE!We had roof and siding damage from a hail storm. We filed a claim with our insurance carrier and then called Midwest. *********************** with Midwest coordinated every step with the insurance adjuster to tear off the roof, lay down new OSB (which is required where we live) and replace the roof. They replaced damaged siding and trim and matched it perfectly to the undamaged places not covered by insurance. We also had Midwest then install gutters with leaf covers and also 2 picture windows. My son who is a senior project manager with a large commercial contractor confirmed everything was done perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased!I would recommend Midwest Roofing to anyone looking to get roof, siding, gutters or windows!

    My sister and I had a great experience getting our parent's home reroofed with Midwest this fall. I contacted the office on Friday September 21st. By Tuesday I had an appointment set up with their salesman for viewing the job. He checked the job site on Thursday, and we had an agreement that day at a price that was reasonable. All questions that I had about roof venting were answered. He warned me that they may not get to the job until the end of October. However, his crew chief called me two weeks later, saying that our home would be done the next Monday October 13th. The roofing crew appeared at 7:30 a.m. and spread tarps around the entire house. The entire **** sq. ft. **** was torn off and re-shingled by 5:30 p.m. There was no debris left around the house; the site was completely cleaned up. I couldn't have asked for a better result, with a fifty-year warrantee on the shingles and a workmanship warrantee. ***************************, ********, **
