    I purchased a package from them in September 2024. I used roughly 8 sessions, and then the technician who had been doing my sessions went out on medical leave. I was told that someone from the company would follow up with me to get the rest of my sessions scheduled (this was in December 2024). I never heard from anyone. I called the office in January 2025 - no answer, no response to my voicemail, called again in February, no response. Then in March I was dealing with my own health issue - so didn't call them. I called them again in April, no response from them. By May, I was quite annoyed - so I called them repeatedly to request a refund on any unused sessions, calling their customer service number, their scheduling number, any number that I could... and no one has called me back. It is now June 2025, and still no response, and I have called them multiple times again, and no response. This company is terrible - due to it doesn't matter what number you press when dialing their number for assistance.... NO ONE calls you back. EVER. If I could give them a ZERO for experience, I would. Will be filing a complaint with the Secretary of State as well, in hopes of getting the rest of my money back, and filing a complaint with their corporate office. As part of the agreement was that they provide service to me. If they aren't going to do that - then they should refund my money.

    Awful!! Unprofessional, falsified marketing and ghosting customer. Given false information and lured into buying multiple packages. Untrained individuals who didnt know what they were doing. Severely injured my abdomen, and indicated it was normal reaction for patients. Falsely claimed To take pictures for management only to realize they never clicked the pictures hence getting the runaround from **** for months. Took new pictures as I had permanent scarring from the injuries. Had a great technician that felt bad and tried to follow up on my behalf and they fired her too. Got a message from one of their managers checking in on me asking for my complaint via email despite having it in my charts and then completed ghosted me. Management is deliberately deleting patient records per the technicians that were fired. This business needs to refund all their patients thousands of dollars and needs to be shut down!!
