    Association One has been great to work with. We have been with Association One going on 3 years, They are very committed to customer service. Our representative from Association One, Danielle Becker, has been outstanding to work with as well as the entire team.

    It is in my opinion through actual dealings, that this management company (Association One) doesn't show any consideration or respect or care for the residents of the buildings they manage. I would make sure I would not move into any building that they manage again.
    there are many different management companies that have better respect and are more professional then this company.
    I also heard the reason this management company was chosen too was because the person working for them was friends with one of the Board members in the condo building.

    *****,Your specific issue with Association One is a pool rule that was put into effect prior to Association One managing the community. Back in 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the ***** of ********* decided to limit the hours that the pool could be open. After the pandemic, the ***** of ********* decided to stick with those as regular hours. This decision regarding pool hours in no way was made by Association One and occurred before our time managing Fountain ***** COA.Regarding the comment about a personal relationship, Association One was vetted by your ***** of *********, along with other management companies, and was selected by the ***** of ********* to manage the Community. The manager that is assigned to the community does have prior experience working with the community from years past and as manager of the neighboring community, which is the reason that he was selected to be the representative of Association One in the management of your community.If you would like to further discuss issues that seem mostly irrelevant and a attack on issues out of our control, I would request you contact myself or one of the principles at Association One and also remove this defamatory review at BBB.

    This has been the most miserable thing to live under. The manager ***** (Association One), Cambridge Court is best friends with a resident here, the chemical guy. And ***** allows this chemical guy to do bodywork for trucks in and in front of garage. This garage he has is right in front of our homes so our windows open **** in all his chemical smells and this is everyday thing no matter what season it is. Garages, four of them are connected to this and holes in our garage walls allow these chemicals to seep in our garages. I have to wear a mask to go in my garage. ***** says he will fix holes in garages but never does these holes have been here for the water damage, board through out the years do not prioritize. ***** allows this bodywork, car garage to happen he believes that since he lives ************************* a single home and that he would never want to be told not to work on his car there, for that no one should tell a resident here in a community of others not to work on trucks. He also allows this guy to own four vehicles three are trucks with no mufflers systems. Owning a single home and living with group of people is a big difference. ***** police, fire department have been called numerous times and all they can say is this is private property and its up to the association to put a stop to this. ***** is not in reality and there are a lot of other decisions, giving special treatment to certain residents and board members. Allowing board members to bully other residents. Making decisions that pertain only to the board members to get what they want with no concern to other residents that live here. I cant believe that this is allowed to happen in *******, ***** is discriminating and should never have a job with homes people live in.

    *****, please note that you are not a customer of **********************. ********************** contracts with the *********** and is an agent of the *********** and takes direction from the ***** of ********* I kindly encourage you to take you matters up with the *********** of ********* Court by means of attending a board meeting.

    Abysmal ***************** We have sent multiple messages to our property management's online support email requesting that they update our personal email address. We have provided the name of our Association, our names, and residence address in our messages, as per the instructions from the management company. We requested a confirmation message that our email address has been updated. Nothing has been received. In the past, when we have submitted other property owner questions to the management company, they have been very slow to respond and fail to provide any substantive information when they do respond. This is very frustrating as a homeowner and extremely poor considering the levels of technology that are available in most other online customer service platforms. Additionally, every time you send a message, there is no visible record of your question when and if a response is received. As a customer, this means that unless you save a copy of any questions you send and the company's answers (if you receive one) for your own archives, there is no written record of any back-and-forth communications. This system seems to have zero advantages for the customer who pays for their ********************.
