  Oct 19, 2023 I just came back from seeing **************** and I am shaking. She should not be practicing. She never once told me what my skin condition was, and the last visit she handed me a pamphlet about injections I could get for my skin condition. I filled out all of the paperwork and said I wanted to proceed and there was an assistant in the room the entire time who helped me fill out the paperwork. My condition got so bad that I was bleeding through sores on my legs and could not go to work. When I called to find out what the status was of my insurance approving these injections, they said they don't have any record of me filling out paperwork to be sent to my insurance company. I was livid and came in to see her the next day. She was 50 minutes late and she denied that she said she would run the paper work through. When I told her that she never told me what skin condition I had, which is a rare skin disease, and extremely debilitating, she got super ugly and mean and said that she told me what condition I had and that I wasn't listening. The same assistant was in the room from the previous appointment, and for this appointment, and after **************** said she won't treat me because of my attitude and left, the assistant agreed with me that all of the paperwork had been filled out and that the Dr said she was going to send it in. This doctor lies, she denies everything, and her license should be taken away. I recorded our doctor ******* and have her lying with proof that she was saying the exact opposite from the other appointment. I feel really bad for the assistant who clearly is afraid of this doctor. On top of it, my medical records, which I had them print out before I left, clearly states that I have complex PTSD. **************** has zero compassion, caring. This is how she treats someone who has a disability. She is a lying, heartless human being with a **************** and ************ personality disorder.
