We brought concerns to our wedding ** contractor about a potential breach of our contract. We have a first hand account as well as email evidence that illustrates that the contract was likely breached by Instant Request, Inc. The contractor has admitted to ending their services earlier than agreed upon. We have first hand accounts of the night that describe aggressive behavior by their assigned **, in which she intimated my mother in law into allowing her to end the night early. My mother in law had no authority in our signed contract in doing. She then used this false permission to notify our event venue that she had received permission to end the night 30 minutes early at 11:30am, leaving before the night ended at our agreed upon time with both the ** and the venue, 12:00am.In response to these concerns being raised politely to Instant Request, **** **** misrepresented the events of the night, and refused to offer us agreed upon damages explicitly stated in the contract until we took down our fair and accurate reviews. These reviews should have no bearing on a legitimate contract dispute, and the reviews illustrated our disappointment with their behavior, based on actual accounts of the night by several people involved. This was interpreted by us as a an act of bribery in order to continue discussing a legitimate dispute over our contract. A great deal of evidence was described in our email chain, and largely ignored. The vendor admitted to receiving permission to end the night early from my mother in law, who had no contractual permission to do so. We were party to this contract and not notified that the night was ended early. When we questioned the validity of their actions, **** and his assigned ** grossly misrepresented the facts of the night. The main concern is the attempted bribery and false claim that they had legal permission to end the night, which in our opinion, breached the contract materially.

Our contract for wedding ** services is as follows: Hours of Event: Cocktail, dinner, and dance music in one location. Music to go no later than 12:00am unless specifically
    contracted as such.

Each of our clients fills out an online event planner which gives us an ides of their timeline. These timelines are a guideline for the evening for guest arrival, ceremony time, cocktail, dinner and dance. The bride and groom had already left their reception and the ** was playing music to an empty room. She touched base with the mother of the bride who agreed to call it a night, pack up and go home.

Our office team was doing our due diligence and in the process of speaking with the **, venue, parents and couple but the couple decided not to wait for an amiable solution and posted negative reviews. Since then, it has only escalated into multiple emails and phone calls threatening legal recourse unless they receive a refund.

    Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:

It contains several misrepresentations of the truth and outright lies. They are not speaking from first hand experience, but our family is speaking from first hand experience here, and the first hand accounts of staff and a couple friends.

my mother in law was a guest at the wedding so it is a lie to say there were no guests. There were other guests still sitting at tables. She was not acting in any official capacity and had no authority to end the night..The DJ used intimidating behavior to get my mother in law to let her leave, and made no effort to confirm with us. It was destructive and borderline abusive by the first hand account.  The DJ lied several times in her account of the night, and one of their managers attempted to bribe me.

This response from instant request addressed none of my legitimate concerns as should be obvious to any neutral reader. I must re-emphasize the documents I have included as irrefutable evidence of covering up and even attempting to bribe us to take down our legitimate experience of the night
