    Doesn't return calls or texts. Cancels and wants to reschedule all the time. Always has an excuse. He voided the contract and asked how I wanted to be repaid and I said cash tonight. He said he wouldn't do it. He doesn't do what anything he says he was going to do.

    I firtst met both ***** and his Dad ****** at heir home on a saturday. They live together. Both of them seemed very friendly at first and we got along great, as I do with almost everyone of my customers.  I have responded to every call and text from *****. ***** wanted to wait a few days before making his down payment on his credit card and wanted to pay alittle less of what is our standard. I said that's fine.  I asked ***** if he would mind if we postponed the scheduled installation 2 days due to a schedule conflict that I personally caused. I apologized and wanted to see if would be a problem for them.  I was shocked when he lost his temper, called me a liar and demanded I tell him what I am going to do for him. When I sensed crazy I politely suggested we part ways and how I could refund his money. He demanded "cash, in 100's", tonight. It was already after 7pm. I told him I am with my family tonight and I will bring him cash tomorrow morning. He then said he would call the cops if I didnt bring him his cash immediately. Realizing what I was dealing with, I then told him I have refunded his credit card payment after seeking legal advice. Refunding him cash from a credit card payment seemed like a bad idea. Especially when dealing with a person like *****. I am a small company with 3 employees. I sometimes make mistakes. When I do I own up to them, apologize and do what I can to make the situation right. When a person like ***** comes along and shows his true colors, it is a blessing to atleast be able to part ways before any work has started. I am happy to refund him more money then what he paid to simply rid this family from our lives and protect my company's good name. ***** is 45 years old, lives at home and obviously has a bipolar disorder.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    My sons name is *** and only goes by ***.  He is being immature by calling him *****.  He asked my son how he wanted to be refunded and he said cash meaning he had already paid off the credit card.  My son did say he was going to call the cops only because after reading reviews he saw that this company has had issues in the past refunding people after canceling.  My son lives with us because of my health issues so he's helping us around the house.  We have texts from this company showing how this company has issues responding and how he offered to refund us in whichever payment we would like.  We don't want anymore money from this ***** of a business.  We just want our full refund.  We already have another company working for us and they also said how they have heard nothing good about this owner and company because it is poorly run.  We just want our refund and move on with the company we are going with.

    Their credit card is being reimbursed. I cant be expected to deliver this man a refund in cash to his door when he paid with a card.  I wouldnt ask any of my team to have to meet with these people. For their safety.  I just want these people out of our lives. Ive never dealt with anyone like this before.
