      My insurance company used this company. They came in took everything. Most of my valuable stuff did not return. Things that were still in boxes that were never used, why would they take. They didnt come back. The ruined most of my good suits by washing them. Some had water spots. The elastic was good out of the skirts. I had a picture of the Last Supper that was not returned. There were so many things. A year later Im still missing things. Some things you wont miss until you need them. My sweeper and carpet shampooer. I could go on and on. They didnt even try to accommodate me or look for my things. What do they do with everything?SMH. Makes you wonder? I would not recommend anyone use this company if you value your things.

      This company was referred to me by Rainbow. Not anything good to say about this company.....1) They tore a quilt and I found it had been thrown back into the closet. They first said they would pay me $100 for the damage, but then later said the damage was from "normal wear and tear" so they owed nothing.2) They ruined my $2000 dry clean drapes by washing them.3) I received shoes back that were totally demolished by their cleaning method (which they said they would reimburse me for the damages) and I am still seeing if they will be paying for those - the payment has not shown up yet. (Pictures enclosed)4) Most of my clothes were shrunk from their cleaning method (I have a very large amount of clothes).5) A lot of my clothes came back totally separated from each other making it impossible to match again if you have a lot of clothes; and pieces like belts were missing so then the clothing was useless.6) Expensive purses were not handled properly with one being damaged by the cleaning process and not reimbursed. Three expensive purses had been just left in the closet after the fire and not taken to be cleaned.THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR ITEMS AND "NOT" TAKE CARE OF THEM AS IF THEY WERE THEIR OWN. WHATEVER THEY DAMAGE THEY DO NOT EXPECT THEY NEED TO REIMBURSE YOU BACK.I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS SOMEONE.

      CRDN, *******, **** removed carpets, pillows and bolsters to be cleaned and stored until painting, cleaning completed at my home. Carpets delivered, but not pillows, etc. I called numerous times to inquire about whereabouts of above items. No one answered any of my calls. My ************* called as well--no response. After two months and a certified letter to company mgr. Missing items were promptly delivered. Very poor communication skills caused me much anguish and worry. I believed these items were lost forever. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

      CRDN was recommended by our insurance company for restoration of our textiles after we had a house fire. We were told to get together around 2 weeks worth of clothing that they would expidite the cleaning on, so that we would not have to purchase clothes to wear. We recieved the clothes approximately a week after they were sent out. When we recieved them there was still a faint smell of smoke. I wore the clothes for a day, and had an allergic reaction to the clothing. Some of my husbands clothing no longer fit properly. After explaining this to the company, we were told to send the clothes back and they would attempt to reclean them. Instead of recleaning them, they held on to the clothes for another week before calling us to tell us that they would no longer clean our items as we were being too difficult. The insinuated that we were lieing about the problems we were experiencing with the cleaned clothing, and told us that the allergic reaction could be from anything, but definately isn't from the products that they use. They are going to be sending us our clothes back without cleaning them.
