    Worse experience of my life! Started out great, they came out with my adjuster and said I wouldn't pay more than my deductible. As the job was going forward since i was paying.more than my insurance was paying for the siding, but roof was being covered, i asked for a price because I wanted to compare pricing. Never got it. I have asked 5 times. Still never got it. They said my quote is what my insurance pays?! But that's not my problem! My problem is, my roof is unsatisfactory and they have avoided my calls for 2 weeks! My ex husband called and they sent the site supervisor *** over twice, he saud yep, the crew will be here next week. That was twice..Will not action. I had a ridge roof vent and a whirly bird vent prior to this with old cardboard baffles to the soffit. There are boards under my aluminum soffit, so the soffit flow isn't great, which is likely why I had both ventilation systems. ELITE said they were doing a ridge vent instead if the whirly bird because it was better. **** acted like he was upgrading me for free and doing me a favor, but I PAID FOR BOTH!. They also removed the old cardboard, he said they dont used cardboard in any of their construction, but didn't replace it with anything until half the room was done. They shoved new baffles in one area of the roof, but didn't rack them or install thrm correctly, just shoved them into the insulation. The ridge vent is 2 1/2 inch and not even open, so my attic is now getting zero ventilation! June 17th I took my trash out and my garage was sweating. The floor was wet like the deck of a pool and the ceiling was **** you could see the ***** in the drywall. My house has been hot, like never before. I have opened the attic and put fans blowing the heat down to my garage and house, but now my air runs all day. It's a disaster! Stay away from this company!

    Helped me completely reside my home. They did an excellent job. They also got it approved through an insurance claim on a discontinuation of my siding and it not being available anymore. Referred ********** to friends and family, and he is working on getting there homes approved also. He's a busy guy! But always responds, or gets back to you. And that's all I care about is a response or an update. Thanks again!
