      This is a new insurance in Ga. run from them as fast as you can. THEY DO NOT PAY and DENY EVERY claim you have!!

      My partner recently had a stroke in his eye. The optometrist referred him to an in-network Rentna Specialist. That doctor then referred him to a Nuro Opthamologist that was in Network, but when we called to make an appointment she said she doesn't take Bright Health. Calls to Bright Health kept referring us to the same doctor despite us telling them she doesn't take their insurance. Long story short - found a Specialist willing to let us pay out of pocket. New problem! He wrote an order for a MRI but Bright Health won't approve it, because the referring physician is out of Network!!! ??
      Calls to the insurance have been non helpful - yesterday we were on the phone with them for 1 hour 49 minutes with no results! Extreme waste of money!!!

      You dont have a single decent review. Companies that are money hungry and put peoples health last will never suceed. I was terminated for non payment on a free medical plan that was never even used because not a single provider anywhere around me accepted bright health. Even though they all say there is plenty there was none. So i was terminated for not paying these theives. They dont care about younor anyone except their pockets.

      Bright Health care is by far the worst insurance we have ever owned - nothing seems to be covered even thou they say it is.

      We have to pay cash for our medical services even prescriptions

      Because we choose Bright Healthcare we are going without many routine medical visits as it just costs to much always paying cash

      Please stay away from this so called insurance - it’s not insurance
      It’s a true scam - I am so embarrassed we purchased this

      I retired at 62 and had no idea when I selected this Ins it was so bad
      We are waiting for Medicare at 65 and a supplement to be able to utilize our healthcare

      Horrible service. They messed up on there side through united Healthcare showing a different plan than you were actually getting and you could stay with them and get it back dated which I did and you are suppose to get your out of pocket given back and been giving the run around or hanging up on me and now they charged me for the backdated without crediting me and now froze my acct where I can't go to a dr or get any of my prescriptions paid for since may

      Nothing works, no one really cares, no one knows anything, there is no management available and there is zero customer service and plenty of lies just to get you of the phone. The web site has approved doctors that 90% of them do not exist or not accepting Bright Health at all.
      Bright Health customer service is horrible, and I have never experienced anything like this.

      I used their website to find an urgent care facility. I used the first one that popped up - Dispatch Health. According to my insurance card, I only have to pay a $50 copay for urgent care. I got billed by Dispatch Health for $125. Ist time I called Bright Healthcare, the agent said to ignore the bill since I only needed to pay $50. Kept getting billed by Dispatch Health for $125. 2nd Time I called Bright Healthcare agent said it was a coinsurance charge which is never stated on my card. I asked to have a manager call me. Got a missed call from Bright Healthcare so I called Bright Healthcare for the 3rd time and asked to speak to a manager. The agent said she will transfer me to a manager as soon as one is available. I was on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected. Called Bright Healthcare a 4th time and told the agent I was on hold to speak to a manager and got disconnected. The agent said it can take up to 48 hours for a manager to call me back. I explained about the urgent care that iI used charged me $125. She said the website has ads that pop up for other companies in a search for urgent care facilities even if they are not urgent care. She said unless the facility specifically says urgent care. it is not considered urgent care. I told the agent that it is very misleading and these ads should be removed from the website and not be allowed to happen in a search. She said she will relay my message to the company.

      Total SCAM , they don't pay claims , update your OUT OF POCKET max anytime they want to their advantage and not effective customer service !!!! Going through a maternity with them is been terrible, can NOT wait to change them at the new enrollment NOVEMBER .

      Bright health care is deceptive! and should be sued! The large majority of providers listed as IN-network on their website do not actually take bright health care! I cant find a specialist that is even in state!

      I bought "Bright" health this year. It is far more expensive than my usual ...."Molina"health. We never go to the doctor and we don't have prescriptions. We thought we'd take the opportunity to get some routine minor medical care with a supposedly better insurance.
      Big mistake!
      Even though our usual providers were on Brights list, the providers didn't take it.
      I found alternate providers, and my copays
      Were more than I would have paid cash. In addition they rejected anything without pre-approval.
      I have been a provider myself all my life and I have battled with some scam insurances, but Bright takes scam to a new level!

      1. Bright insurance has a formidable list of providers but hardly any of them actually take Bright insurance when contacted. First red flag !2. Bright pays mostly zero to the provider. In the rare instance that they actually paid something, it was a tenth of the charge. No wonder doctors do not want to participate in such a stingy scheme.3. Bright ignores claims. I submitted my two claims three times. Third time by certified mail. They managed to conveniently "lose" them each time!4. Memorial ******, a major ***** hospital system, is not a provider. You would expect a legitimate health insurance to have a relationship with such a hospital.Bright expects you to get pre approval for every provider otherwise the claim is rejected.5. Thanks to Bright health, I paid more than I would have with no insurance. They covered 5 per cent only.I think Bright is a racket to scam gullible people like me and the poor taxpayer through Obamacare subsidies.
