    I brought my 2019 **** Raptor into **** Freeway in *********** for a full engine replacement, which cost me $14,000. I trusted the dealership to do it right, especially with a job this major. After picking up the truck and driving straight homenowhere elseI immediately noticed a leak that wasnt there before.I brought it back in, and now Im being told theres an issue with the turbo. This was not a problem before they worked on it. The fact that a brand new engine install was followed immediately by a new leak and now a turbo issue is beyond concerning. Either the work wasnt done carefully, or something else was missed or worse, caused, during the engine replacement. Manager refused do do anything in the situation. I would strongly caution anyone considering major work here to think twice. What should have been a fresh start for my truck has turned into an expensive, stressful mess, with no consideration from the dealership.

    Customer had his 2019 **** Raptor at a different service shop.  We were contacted to replace the engine.  The truck was not running when it was brought here.  We did not notice a turbo link at that time because the engine was not running.  We replaced the engine and the customer did bring vehicle back in due to an issue with the turbo.  *********** Manager did discount the labor rate by $1,000 which is what the customer would have saved if the turbo leak was noticed at time of engine replacement.  Just to clarify, the truck was brought here from a different shop that paid to have the engine replaced.  The truck was NOT running so we would have had no way of knowing if the turbo was leaking.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    I also just found out that the customer originally brought the vehicle here and said our price was too high to fix it, so he took it to another service shop who obviously couldn't fix it and they ended up sending it here.  If we would have started the job, I'm sure it would have had a different result rather than another service department bringing us the customers vehicle that they couldn't fix and was not running.

    Buyer beware. The lack of caring about the customer is astounding. They are literally the cliche of all cliches: the car salesman who wants to make a quick buck and will say anything, at your expense. They make promises, bark quickly at you as you sign papers, and then change the wording on documents that you have then signed, while they were barking at you. Then they promise other things, which they then change.
    They told me they would replace my chipped windshield. When the window people came to do it, they said they had been told it was only a "repair" -- the chip is right in my line of sight, and the repair person recommended, for the sake of safety, that I get it replaced. The dealership not only refused to honor their word, then they refused to listen to the glass professional.
    The back and forth only got worse with more promises made and then changed, a good old-fashioned bait and switch mixed with a dash of chauvinism and a hint of condescension. Basically, if they say "repair", it can NOT ever mean "replace," even if it would mean a repair to the car -- the salesman told me he knew it was a safety issue. Then he ghosted me, apparently that's part of what they do at this place: I had to send multiple emails, which was a little like bashing my head against a wall. If I could give negative stars, I would -- and for what? So these guys can shave a couple hundred bucks off, skim a little extra off the top on the back of a solo Mom? Insanity. (you'll see by way of their responses to others - their condescension and lack of giving a hoot is apparent).
    Finally they resorted to telling me what I had and hadn't been told -- classic.
    This is an unfriendly business towards women, a hostile place where they will gaslight you and then blame you. Like other reviewers, I'm sure they will send some kind of weird non-response. Just know: as a small business owner myself, I know the importance of treating customers well -- these people definitely do not. Shame on them.

    This is not the case at all. We told you we would repair it and that we had an appointment setup for you on a Thursday. You chose not to bring it out and have it repaired. I responded to every one of your emails and can post if you'd like. I can also post the email asking you to bring the vehicle in on a Thursday to have it repaired. You declined to do so. We will still repair the windshield but would need you to work with us in order to get this completed. Would love to fix the windshield. Please reach out if you'd like to do so. You can respond to one of our many emails.
