      am filing a complaint bc I had a tech who did not complete my exam and I left feeling confused. She was very rude and I was told I had to come back. Its hard for me to take off work and drive this long distance. I was not given a prescription and have to take more time off work to return. The communication was very confusing and my Insurance had billed it as an eye exam But no eye place will fit me for contacts **** a record of the exam and the info they sent was incomplete so now I have to return even though Id rather go someplace else. They did not inform me if I would get a proper prescription when I go for my contact fitting. Im so confused and have called many times. I dont want to pay even more money out of pocket and have to take more work off. I will be making a formal complaint

      Went to see the Eye doctor about a spot on my nose/cheek that had not healed in several months. The doctor I saw took a dozen or so pictures and told me it was a serious issue and needed to have a biopsy done right away. He asked if I wanted to wait till he came back from a month long vacation or see someone else. I was told someone would call me to discuss and that was it, 10 minutes total.I never received a call back to schedule, to explain what they found from the pictures, nothing! The next thing I got from them was a bill for $176.35. I called them to complain and get more information. I told them I was not going to pay a bill considering they gave me no information and did nothing to follow up on the issue without talking to someone! I heard nothing! It's been several months and I just received a follow up BILL, saying I needed to pay this or they were sending it to collections!I called them again today, spoke to a women that took the message she said she would have a manager call me...I have heard nothing! These people made me aware of cancer on my face, they DID NOTHING to ease my worry, provide medical assistance or give me medical advice! They failed at their duty as a medical provider and I should not have to pay for that!*****************
