    I heard of them through a neighborhood page, close & convenient. It was fancy & the site showed many indoor pics & a few outdoor - very high end, nice place. I liked the small business feel. I Inquired for my 22 month old dog for boarding 3 months from now, went for the meet & greet went well. Heard from company owner shortly after, he wanted a deposit for the boarding (I get it but had some Qs before committing) I questioned their 3 night minimum stay for new clients which the boarder couldnt answer-said she didnt make the rules & was just an independent contractor, I wanted some drop in options prior to boarding as it was the first time my pup has been left somewhere(not free, but an ease in), also asked about that along with cancellation policy, dog flu cases & references.  I was immediately told it wasnt a good fit with not one Q answered. I just want it noted that not everybody is willing to drop their pets & pay top $$ just because the place is high end. Not one Q was answered and he suggested an in home service alternative. We were not invited in but thought the drop-ins would fix that. So no we werent going to just drop off our boy, wanted an ease in, the 3 day minimum new client rationale & some references, not hard. Was hoping for a long term dependable place to build a relationship. Too many questions,I guess .. red flag.

At that time and after further discussion, we determined we would not be a good fit for you due to scheduling - You had requested doggy daycare, a service we do not offer, but we were willing to accommodate 1-2 daycare sessions as a courtesy to allow your dog to get more comfortable with the host family. While we understand that you had never boarded him before and had some reservations about such, as a small business, we feel no need to have to justify or alter our policies & pricing.
