    Minus 0. The owner got my arrangement all wrong for a funeral. She proceeded to yell at me the customer because I was upset. I left a message with her asst. but she didnt call. So then I called and left a message how upset I was. She called. The arrangement was standard. She said she was creative. I wanted ****** ***** Black, and Yellow ribbons. I got a Thanksgiving bow with none of those colors. I wanted some little birds. I got one red cardinal and a butterfly. I never asked for that. We spent a lot. I was upset and embarrassed in front of my family. She told me she was very unique and listened to her customers. That didnt happen. ******* at a customer who was just at a funeral didnt help. She then said God Bless America and hung up. Im getting 50% back but I now want it all back.
