Infinity was out to replace the siding on my house after a hail storm in October-November of 2022. They originally provided me a supplement to my insurance company, which included many services that were never completed, but they NEVER provided me with an updated invoice along the way. I paid them 100% of all the insurance money paid to me UP FRONT. Halfway through the project, I requested they give me a check back for the services they werent completing to date so I can hire outside agencies to complete, such as my gutters, garage doors, lighting, etc and they did. They sent me a check for $5414,00. After they were completed with the job, I received another check for recoverable depreciation from the insurance company. After I got that check, they sent me a final bill for all services rendered. I was told, this is the final amount due after everything. It was $5717.00. I was told this included everything due to them and I verified once I pay this, we are completely squared away and our account is closed? And I was told yes. They lost my first check that I paid them in the mail and I had to pay a stop taxi and then a wire payment fee, but thats a different problem. Ive paid them the full amount due and we were done three months after the initial final invoice, I get a call stating that they made incorrect calculations on the final bill and they report that I owe them an additional $5414. They said they forgot to add in the deductible and gave me repay the original check they paid me for overage. I was told that was to be used on my other projects and I didnt have to pay it back! I do not believe it is ethical for them to come at me months later after I was told I was paid in full. *** talked to them about this on numerous occasions. They report, sorry, our error, but you still have to pay us. This is very unethical business and I do not believe I should have to pay them a dime for their mistake! I want my account resolved without paying an additional cent.
