    Nov. 11 2024, the company took my old trailer on trade, I also provided $3500 equal to 1/2 down on a new trailer. The trlr was to be done in March of 2025. I have received nothing. I have always initiated communication and responses are sporadic. It will be going on 8 months and all I have been told is they still do not have parts. They seem incapable of arriving at a date of completion and the dates I have been given are insincere at best. A competitor around April of this year told me they were 10 weeks out. I have had a trlr for almost 20 years and have much use for it now. I do want the the trlr they have me so strung out now. But I need a real date and some evidence this even matters to them. Week after week passes with no results. I have a list that they were supposed to custom build the trlr to. I am concerned about their integrity in every regard at this point. Supposedly they dont see it fit to start on any portion of this trlr. They were to get the frame started and have me come down so we could agree on some of the specific custom features. I lost a would be customer in part and am paying others for things I would be doing with the trailer we agreed upon. I do not understand how this can be seen as a viable transaction to have with a customer. I get no sense of this but would like this issue to be the utmost priority to their business. I have been told many times by the owner that he has been " On a trip".

    Good morning, as explained to customer our distribution network had delays on their end , with this delay it caused delays on our end as well, all orders were followed by this so as we a 4 man company work through the delays and are actively getting caught up on orders in the order they were received, deposits go to customer parts and the order will be completed asap
