      I contacted *** Charpentier in the summer of 2023. We discussed my concerns and *** said he would send a letter to the association board in March 2024. He failed to send that letter and totally missed the deadline for submission. Subsequently, I organized a group of other concerned association members and hired *** to represent our group. He was instructed to call the association attorney to discuss our concerns which took him weeks to accomplish. Our group had Zoom meetings with *** to secure his commitment to continue talking to the association attorney about our concerns. It has been 2 months since that **** meeting and *** has never reported back to us. During that 2 month period, I sent *** emails and called his office to set a time to discuss his results. *** never responded to my emails and never returned my phone calls. Yesterday, *** sent a letter on his legal stationery informing me that he has quit working with us. In summary, *** did almost nothing and never had the courtesy to tell us he wasn't even working on our concerns. The only good part is that he did not bill for his "time".*** is slow to respond and is not likely to follow through with his legal obligation to represent his clients.I do not recommend *** as an attorney!
