      Up until June 2, 2023, there were no real issues against them. Until I actually dropped my boat off with them with a broken center roller and bracket, bulging tire, and back roller off centered to either get fixed or if it is the wrong trailer for boat to have new one instead. They led me believe they wrote work order up, telling me It be ready in a week. 7days later I called, they said, don't see a work order, but its in the shop. ??? Then tells me it be another week or 2 after they told me they have all the parts right their including a bunk style trailer that they recommended. By this time I'm LIVID ANGRY! They hadn't started anything on it, then, after a 1 1/2 wks go by I call hem again, asking why they haven't called and if it's done like they told me it would be, again? They gave lame excuses, like; we have to order the parts which takes time, and there's 2 customers before you, and, the guy who does the welding isn't here, and we have other customers to deal with. I am absolutely appalled by this time with how they are mistreating me as a customer, which I tell them that then they threaten me with, "come get your boat", if your not going to trust us kind of line, nd I told them to get it ************** 19th, which this was Thur. 18th cuz they had it for 2-1/2 was by this time, then they tell me they have a newer trailer cuz the frame on mine is bent, (totalled they called it.) So then they said it be done Saturday 20th. So I reluctantly wait till Sat., again, I end up calling them, and told me, it's not done, haven't gotten to it yet. Call back on Monday, it will be ready then, we'll call you. Mon. comes, I call them, they tell me, frame can be fixed, and other trailer was too small, they found out there's an adjustment bracket on original trailer that *** ********. I'm besides myself!! They got parts, put them on, be ready Tue. I call again, wasn't ready until Wed, 21st, again i call them, they said it's done. They kept my tow strap.
