    I purchased the vehicle at the end of June 2023. The salesman assured me that I wasnt going to have any serious issues a couple months down the line. Two months after purchasing the vehicle the transmission is out. The mechanic looking at it said its been going out for awhile. I called the dealership and they were very rude, pretty much told me to F off. I have made two payments totally 420$ on the car so far but am looking at over 2000$ worth of work that needs to be done before its drivable and safe for my children. A resolution for me would be the dealership helping towards the total cost to fix the vehicle or them taking it back and giving me back the money Ive spend towards the vehicle.

    ***** purchased the 2010 ***** impala on 06-01-2023 the car was priced at ***** and it had ******* miles. the car was sold 100 percent as is like all cars in ********* are with this milage. she even signed the buyer's guide regarding this. at no time do we guarantee that any car sold will be trouble free even cars that are sold that are still under factory warranty break down. cars are mechanical and they do break down. we have sold thousands of cars over the years and have a great track record with the bbb and our customers. we do feel sorry that this happened but any car sold in this price range and miles are high risk.

     I am rejecting this response because: The salesman assured me I wasnt going to have any issues as we were willing to purchase any other vehicle on the lot. The salesman swore that the vehicle was going to be okay and not cause problems two months down the line. And that exactly has l happened. I will not pay for a vehicle that can not be driven when it was just purchased. I have young children that you endangered with that vehicle.
