THIS JUNKYARD SELLS JUST THAT *JUNK*They listed a transmission on the hotline. It in no way was tested in fact it wasn't even pulled yet. The mechanic called and said sorry I never got your motor pulled. I said I need a transmission? So days later I drove 1 1/2 hours to go pick it up. Paid $562 1 1/2 back bring it to the mechanic shop. He called and said that ****** is shot the fluid was the worst burnt smell. Another $500 to him. My van didn't move one inch. I called Brook Park spoke to ***** he acted like it was my fault? I said it wasn't tested? He said well bring it back and we will give your money back. I said now you want me to pay my mechanic another $250 to pull it and drive another 3 hrs round trip? I said you have the business owner call me. The owner did call she says... *** you have to enter codes in the computer. I said... Really? Now your giving my mechanic advice? I said... Let me inform you he owns an auto repair shop and it's been in business 30+ years. Now let me give you advice how is it you list a transmission on the hotline that's untested? In which 3 times your business told me it was? NEVER once did you admit any fault NEVER once did I feel I was treated fairly being a customer of yours? Never once did anyone say I'm sorry this happened? ***** at the counter told me.... It's not like you bought a good one that cost much more? Are you kidding me? Is it your business policy to treat customers this way? The time an effort and all the money miles on the road for what? If I felt like taking a ****** a casino was right down the road... In no way what so ever did I ever het one ***** back from Brook Park Auto Recycling. I would imagine if this is how they treat their customers more reviews will follow this ****** let's recap... They list on the hotline one of the most expensive parts. It's untested. It's not even pulled off and ready. They act like it's my fault. Never heard anything close to I'm sorry. Didn't care for a second money I've lost.
