    Purchased defective (failed to fire even with good primer strikes) .380 ammunition. Filed complaint with Magtech and they had a *** email me with a bunch of questions which I answered and provided photos. Keep telling me he was going to send a return shipping label so I could send back the remaining used portion on multiple occasions, but after months, there has still been no return label sent. I expressed my frustration over the amount of time and effort I have put into trying to get this defective ammo ***laced. The ***s name is **** *******. Has never once reassured that they would take care of the issue. Only tons of questions and request for photos, but no follow up.I lost my range fees for the day and are now stuck with several boxs of ammo I dont know will even preform when needed. Resolution now is ***lacing 10 boxes of .380 ammunition or $250.00. I once thought this was a ***utable company until my recent dealings with them.

    The original complaint was the direct result of a lack of communication on our part.  We have addressed the issue internally to avoid this in the future.  I have contacted Mr. ********* and the complaint has been resolved.  No further action needed.
