    07/21/2023 I purchased and underglow system for my 2018 ***** silverado high country from **** the owner for ****** i returned the truck to **** less then a week after install because his installer zip tied all the wiring under my truck and it looked horrible. In november someone backed into my bumper and i had to have the bumper replaced a luther ********* after that was done i was still having issues with the underglow and the light strip on the truck bed I brought the truck to him and he claimed it was the master board and wanted another ****** even though this was still under the 1he 1 yr warranty my wife refused to pay and told him that she was going to pull the money back from the credit card and he told he that she wasnt able to do so she has made contact with the company and they are awaiting the results of the investgation. we have had the truck into Luther ********* ************************** and also ******************* for inspection and are being told that it need a complete rewire to get evertthing to work to the tune of ******

    I brought my truck in to purchase and install stereo equipment 4/26/22, which was done minus a brand new stereo I purchased from a different vendor. I was advised they needed to look for and obtain the harness for my deck as they did not carry it so left it in their care. I retrieved my deck after the wires under my hood Street Scenes installed caught fire, they gave me what they had minus all of the wires that came with the deck which is useless. I've called several times and always get "they'll call me back" which has yet to happen.
