    I am a member of a community with an HOA that is managed by the business above. My account is set up as autopay for quarterly dues. Those payments are managed by a 3rd party. Those settings were changed unbeknownst to me and I was not informed. Thus my quarterly payment was not processed. There was no communication regarding an account status change, a billing statement that I had an amount due or a late statement saying my account was unpaid. Since the autopay has been set up and has happened automatically since we moved in I had no reason to believe that would have changed without notification. Then there was an informal message put out to the community on ******** that some accounts where delinquent (probably because autopays got turned off, but I dont know that factually) so I went in to check and saw the change in my account status, I also saw that late fees had been assessed by the above management company for the past due amount. I immediately paid in full including all late fees, verified that my payment method was active and correct (which it was) and re-started autopay. I then informed the management company of what had transpired and was met with hostility, judgement, condescension and from my perspective people who wish to exert power and control over the community. That is not the purpose of the management company. And I am respectfully requesting a one time reversal of these fees as a show of good faith given the poor communication and also the lack of respect I have been shown as a community member. I would also like an alternative contact within the organization for any future HOA matters such as landscape improvements as I do not believe I will be treated fairly or objectively by the individuals currently in direct management of these issue (********************* and ***********************) additionally I would like an apology for their behavior which was extremely unprofessional and an unacceptable way to treat anyone let alone a member of the community you serve
