    Beginning in May 2024, I reached out to them for services to remove concrete from my property. They told me that it would be no problem. They told me that they could probably be out here within a week of me calling; they never showed up. Since then they have told me numerous times Yes, we will get out there. Weve just been a little busy. I have called them to arrange services numerous times. I inquired about the cost and they gave me an estimate however they still never showed up. I asked about scheduling a time and they said they would be out within a week sometimes it was just a few days, again, they never showed up. A couple of the phone calls that I had with them they advised that they were actually working fairly close to where my property was, and that they will be out shortly, they never once tried to remove the concrete as they said they would. My latest call to them would be todays date, December 17, 2024, as they had still not been out here to remove the concrete. This has been incredibly inconvenient for me being that I advised them that I would be moving, and I would like to have the services done fairly soon, they told me they would be here again within a week. I called them on todays date December 17, 2024 and informed them that since they have gone this long without having any sort of client priority, and several months have already passed, I am not seeking their services no longer. I am incredibly displeased with their lack of services to clients, especially given that they had told me numerous times that they will be out here, and they never show up. Being in a rural area and they are the only provider for these type of services, I could understand that they might not be able to get to my property immediately when I inquire of services, however, seven months later and I still have not had anyone come out here is astonishing. I will never recommend or steer anyone towards their business for the absolute disrespect and their lack of priority.

    To whom it may concern:

    I received the letter from ****** ******** and would like to explain. I own and operate a small business in ************* and do a lot of work for local farmers and the Sisseton Wahpeton Sioux tribe. This year I had several big projects for the the local elevator and the tribe. Due to the amount of rain we experienced, there were a lot of setbacks with major projects. I am very short on help and most days it is me and one other employee. I work seven days a week, at least 12 hours each day, and do the best that I can to serve my clients. There are numerous other businesses in the area that provide the services requested. This is the first complaint I have ever received and apologize for the inconvenience to the client.
