    We received the written complaint noted above in todays mail. Dated 5-30-23

     

    We see issue here.  *************************************** is not a customer at ********************. We believe she may be the spouse of ***************************

     

    If that is the case. Then we believe they rent A119 at Buffalo Storage.

    They have problems paying rent. They came close to being auctioned at the end of April 2023.  They avoided auction by just a couple of days and payed on the 29th of April.  

     

    They then waited until 5-4-23 to pay the rent for May 23. We removed the red lock (special lockout lock).  On May 6th (a Saturday). We've taken a picture of their unit and door #.  With no special lock in place.  Will send it to you if you wish.  Their keycode is operational.* We just tried it. It works.

     

    The entrance and exit log shows that they accessed their unit on May 7th.  So we are flummoxed.  They have made no attempts to enter since then.  They vacated another unit back in March Unit A109. They received a full refund for that one.  They have been customers for better then two years. Other then April of this year, they have always payed their rent on time.  

     

    The happenings since April 1st are out of character.  They filed a BBB complaint after all was cleared up.  We have rechecked any voicemails.  We have rechecked past emails and text messages and are coming up empty handed.

     

    We hope to resolve this issue. We need two things from your office.

     

    1. Acknowledgement that you received this email.

    2. Notice that if your office needs any follow up.  We have pics and data that can be shown if you make the request.
