    09/27/2022: Management sent a repairman who was not up to the job. He was in a hurry a to get the repair completed. The drywall installation had to be done twice and is still wavy. The base trim work was shoddy and had to redone by another repairman. They dirtied the carpet and left a mess in the garage that we had to clean. Overall, we paid full price for unprofessional workmen. We would not recommend Best & Fast to anyone.

    While there is never an excuse for unprofessional workmanship, we understand that these things do happen to the best of us.  We can only hope to improve and cater to our customers who seek our services to the best of our abilities. Here, at Best and Fast we do feel we did everything in our power to improve our relationship concerning the work all throughout the process.


    There were offered solutions at the time of your concern, we offered other, skilled and professional technicians, of which was approved of while also denying the offer for a discounted rate. 


    Although our offer of a discount was denied, we will be willing and more than happy to offer you a certain allotted amount to your address in the next coming days. 


    We hope to only improve our image in the eyes of our customers, and wish you allow us the chance to do so.
