      First things first: I am, admittedly and unapologetically, a tough-as-nails, no-nonsense consumer. Capital Construction (CC) did a fantastic job handling every aspect of my insurance claim regarding the roof damage from the May 2022 hail storms in the Apple Valley, MN area. I did my due diligence (e.g. checking the BBB, personally visiting their Burnsville, MN office, etc.) and was confident I was dealing with a reputable construction company. I was immediately put at ease on the front end of my due diligence when I "dropped in" on Liz, their office operations expert. Her pleasant manner and irrefutable professionalism instilled the needed certainty that I had chosen the right construction company to perform the work. Jeff Cook and Colton (CC Project Managers) addressed all of my concerns with the utmost professionalism. In particular was the issue regarding my freshly laid asphalt driveway and my concern that heavy equipment, dumpsters, boom trucks, et al., could potentially damage the relatively soft asphalt and my pristine driveway! I am pleased to report that my driveway is still pristine thanks to everyone's attention to this important detail. The Texas crew that performed the actual roof replacement did an outstanding job headed by Mark, a 3rd generation roofing professional. Every individual in his 5 member crew were respectful and courteous and from my viewpoint, resulting from me watching the entire process from start to finish (yes, I observed every minute of the installation), proved to be absolute pros. They replaced some water damaged sheathing (OCB boards/plywood) and in the process, they went the extra mile and installed some custom flashing to divert water from this known trouble area ... understand that they performed that custom work of their own volition! Again, I am a tough customer with various non-negotiable demands and I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the end result: a beautiful, new, professionally installed roof.

      Trevor provided excellent customer service! He was so respectful, responsible, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we connected with our insurance company and received the necessary repairs for our damaged roof. His follow up was consistently in a timely manner and very thorough. I wish all companies were as reliable as this one. Thank you Trevor and Capital Construction!
