    Burnsville Heating and Air Conditioning does what they say they will do when they say they will do it. They did the initial furnace and AC installation for our builder and all of my routine cleaning and bi-annual maintenance on the HVAC system for the past 2 seasons. I have been 100% pleased with the courtesy and competency of their office and field personnel. On Tuesday evening I noticed that the AC was no longer maintaining the set temperature. I called the following morning and they were out ahead of the scheduled call window on Thursday. Within 30 minutes the system was up and cooling. Before leaving, Will Bauman, explained exactly what was wrong (a capacitor had gone bad), the repair he made and then asked if I had any questions. I got a written email confirmation of my appointment, a second email when Will was on his way, and a final email with the invoice with a zero balance as the work and parts were done under warranty. Will see them again in the fall for getting HVAC ready for winter season.
