      I ordered bose 700 headphones that I was charged 117 because I paid for 2 day shipping but ***** never delivered it. The nae that shows received the package is no one at this address.tSays delivered but not received. I talked to pawn America support but they talked to ***** who claimed the package was not lost. Of course they are going to deny it. They are useless and i filled a lost package report which I provided to support but no response of course. This is ridiculous that I can't not get a refund because of incompetence at pawn America.

      I had pawned my grandma's wedding set and another ring at pawn America in **** rapids and I got a loan I was going to get them back they were very special and important to me and I've been a good customer so they knew how important those rings were to me but the site date came up and I didn't have the money at the moment so I called and asked them for a couple more days(which they have done in the past) they said they would hold them for me so I wouldn't lose them I told them I would call to make a payment that weekend Sunday at the latest the payment would be made i spoke with ***** a manager and he said that that was fine and he would put them on the safe. So I call on Sunday to make the payment and the girl that answered said that they weren't in the safe so she emailed the jewelry **** to get them sent back (which they have also done before) so I didn't hear anything on Monday and on Tuesday I get a phone call from ***** telling me that the rings were not recoverable, how did this happen? I asked him how did this happen you said they would be ok and he just said sorry. I started crying and just hung up I can't believe he have me good word that they would be ok and that I could make the payment that weekend well they weren't ok and they destroyed my grandmother wedding set that my mom handed down to me and another gold ring. So now I can't get those rings back and I have the money to get them out but it doesn't matter anymore. I don't want an empty apology, because they knew how important those rings were to me and they didn't care and just desired them like they meant nothing. So I want some store credit or something, I didn't even take the whole amount that the rings were worth because I was going to get them back out. But clearly they didn't care and they just destroyed my rings when they said they would be ok. I cannot believe that this happened. I've been a good customer to them and now I won't ever **** anything with them again.

      Sorry for any confusion ******** but we do have to go by the dates on the contract.  According to the contract you signed on 2/22/25 the **** expired on 3/24/25.  It then went into the 30 day ***** period until 4/23/25.  After no payments were made for the 60 days it was sent out to our jewelry department.  You were also paid full gold value for the rings which is what we have to base our pricing on. We apologize we were unable to get the rings back, sometimes we can but it is never a guarantee.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I will not be resolving this issue with them until we have reached an acceptable resolution. I have contacted them per the email that was given me.

      ue to the pressure of baby on my cervix. They told me if I did not come in today that it would no longer be mine and that the item was due yesterday, when the letter I have STATES today. I told him that. The supervisor then tried to tell me that theres leniency in that date and that it depends and I quote, on how many days in the month there is. In the background, I hear the other person I had spoken to say what does she not get? I just spoke to her and saying incredibly rude stuff about the fact that Im expressing the RISK theyre forcing me to take for my daughters LIFE by having to come pay the interest in PERSON.Pawn America has really stooped quite low from where they used to hold their company and the fact they have the BOLDNESS to tell me Im wrong about the paper that came from THEIR OFFICE that STATES June 21st, ***************************************************** to make a drive that risks my daughters life? Ill be taking this as FAR as it needs to go.

      Hi my issue occurred at 4:15 on January the 5th **** I had went into the pawn America store to try to sell my car DVD player and when I got there I had told them that it's a brand new DVD player and that it has never been installed in my vehicle like it's practically brand new hasn't been wired up or anything or powered on. And the employee that was there to help me did not seem to know what he was doing I specifically told him that it's brand new DVD GPS system that I bought from the store and has never tried to power it on and for him to be careful when trying to test the item. The employee that helped took like about 3-4 minutes trying to wire it up and then all of a sudden asked his coworker to see if it was the right color and wires to hook up and that's when I told him that he ought to be careful because it's a brand new DVD GPS system that I even didn't get a chance to try to power up myself and so for him to be careful and he did not seem to know what he was doing with the wiring and how to test it and then right when I said that his coworker came in and told him for him to stop and to see if he use the right wires correctly and and he commented back oh so it's that color and so it seemed like he knew what he was doing more and so he told the employee person that was helping me test it to just stop and then he just gave me the cereal back and told me that their system wasn't working and that they can't accept the item but if I want to try to test it for me to sign up a paper saying that you know whatever happens isn't my fault if it was to break or anything like that and I told him that shouldn't even be a problem because it's a brand new system you know and so that's what brings me onto this complaint. And so I am about to head home to try to test it myself because I have never tried to power it on I assumed everything was good especially because it was brand new from the store but the guy didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and may had shocked it.
