    Beware. I've been dealing with this company for 18 months for a new deck. We made a deal, then I was told I'd get a better deal if I paid in cash. They tore down the old deck on June 11, 2023. Left garbage, nails, cigarette butts all over my yard. Left it torn down for over 10 weeks before restarting. Our salesperson Roman wouldn't return our calls or texts. We had a terrible storm in August. Because the house was left unprotected by them, water came through the opening they didn't even cover with plastic. We, the owner cleaned up that mess at our expense.
    They never pulled a permit with the city of Plymouth and now have the nerve to say they only replaced the old boards. The city came out here November 25th 2024 to tell me that.
    The product for the deck is of poor quality, when our contract stated TREX or TimberTech. The wood is cracked everywhere. Their craftsmanship is bad. Do not do business with these people.
    You will be sorry.
