MNRC did an outstanding job for me. John **** (field representative) worked with me very closely through the entire process, from rood specification, shingle type, flashing, valleys, EPDM rubber, etc. He gave me a clear bid and scheduled my job within two weeks during a busy season.
The roofers were there on time, worked a 15-hour day, and were back the next morning to finish. I thought they did an excellent job on clean-up as well.
My roof and skylights look fantastic!

I can't ever remember receiving better customer service than I received from MNRC this week. I had some roof issues that needed to be addressed immediately and Frank E, the Service & Production Team Manager contacted me and proceeded to resolve my concerns with immediacy. He listened carefully to the specific needs I had regarding time and desired results, and he responded with expediency, care and efficiency. I felt so valued by him and the organization and he helped to reduce the stress of trying to sell a house. It's nice to have an organization that backs their work! We are so happy with our new roof and even happier with the customer service ! I was anxious thinking about working with insurance to get our roof damage covered and I will tell you Riley made it so simple and was able to answer all my questions through very quick texts back. The roofers were very hard working and had our roof done in a day. They also went over our yard twice to make sure they got all the nails picked up and then Riley came out to check again and also make sure we were feeling good about the roof. Excellent experience I would recommend if you’re looking for a company that will do good work, and also care about you as a customer, 5 stars from us!Minnesota Restoration Contractors, Inc

Lucas O., my field rep, made everything go smoothly by walking me through the entire process. I really appreciate how he also joined phone calls when I had to call my homeowners insurance. Since this was my first time dealing with storm damage, he made me feel comfortable with the process and was very knowledgable, professional and confident when he talked with me, the agents, and adjuster.
