Easy Product Returns

We appreciate your business! If for some reason you need to make a return we want to make it simple. You do not need a return authorization, just send it back to us at at our address: 1960 Cliff Lake RD STE 119, Eagan, MN 55122. Please include a copy of your receipt, so we know who to refund, along with a note if you need a different color or it did not fit.
Non-prescription products can be returned 365 days from the original purchase date. Refunds are credited to the same payment method of the original purchase. The unworn product must be returned with all original manufacturers box, packaging materials, warranty cards, and instruction booklets for a full refund. Shipping is not refundable.


Exchanging Sunglasses, Goggles or Eyeglass Frames

We offer a one-time exchange on new, unused frames within 365 days of original purchase date, new shipping charges will occur.

Repairs and Manufacturers Warranty Policy

All frames are warrantied for ONE (1) Year from the date of purchase against any manufacturers defects. Most manufacturers prefer to handle the warranty exchanges themselves. Manufacturers defects include: structural design, hinges, welding points, and colorings. Manufacturers defects DO NOT include: flagrant misuse causing frame damage, scratching or tarnish; pet damage; destruction or damage by vehicle; stepping on or sitting on the frame; bending or twisting the frame; or any other damage not considered a manufacturing flaw. Frames which are considered defective will be replaced with a new pair, so long as the frame is still being manufactured. In cases where the frame is listed as discontinued (no longer manufactured), the frame will be replaced with another color or a different model of equal or lesser value. Customers will be contacted in situations such as this. Please be advised that any taxes and duties incurred with international package are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Product

If there is extensive damage to the package when it arrives, refuse the order. If you receive damaged or incorrect product, immediately contact our customer service at 888-548-0558. Please have your Order ID number from the order invoice.


Defective Products
The unworn product must be returned with all original box, packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets to avoid any restocking fees.
Returns require a corrugated cardboard box to protect the product from damage during shipping. Tracking and insurance is advised when returning a product using USPS, UPS or 
Fed Ex.

Prescription Lenses

We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions or they will be remade to the original provided prescription specifications at no charge, within 30 days of original ship date. Please note that prescription lenses are not refundable, as they are a custom product. However if new prescription lenses need to be made within the first 30 days on a frame exchange, we will credit 50% of the original lens price towards the cost of the new lenses. Original lenses from the manufacturer in the frames are removed by the lab while processing your eyewear order. Custom lenses are made to your specifications and do not include any of the colors, characteristics or coatings from the stock lens from the manufacturer. Interchangeable lenses are the only lenses that will be returned with purchase.
