    I was at the *************** doing some shopping and decided to get the little crack on my phone screen fixed, everything else was in tact and worked perfectly. They took my phone and told me to come back in 45 minutes, upon my return the woman behind the counter said my phone isnt turning on and that its probably a fault screen and that she will get a new one, after changing my screen 3 times, she could not get my phone to turn back on. So I told her to just put my old screen on and give me my phone back because almost 3 hours have passed and they still couldnt get it turned on.Then another employee offers me a new iPhone and I said NO I want MY phone back, they kept messing with my phone until I called the police. The police instructed them to put my phone back together and for them to give it back to me. They put my old screen back on but now the phone doesnt stay on. The battery dies within 5 minutes and my phone doesnt work at all. I am out of an entire iPhone because of this business and I want them to pay for my costs to get my phone repaired because they gave me back a broken iPhone that doesnt stay on anymore The employee also told me I am lucky I came with my daughter otherwise he wouldve beat me up

    Dear BBB,

     As the owner of 4less Tech store, I take responsibility for any inappropriate customer experience taking place in our store, and apologize, with this particular case, the individual has brought the phone for repair to our 357 East Broadway store to replace his cracked screen. the technician has replaced the phone lcd and instructed the customer . and repaired his phone well and was totally functional, but the customer has declined to pay for the services and parts which was $220. the employee demanded that customer to pay but he declined. Then, the customer has requested that he wants his phone as it was. so, the manager replaced his phone with his own parts and gave it to him. The customer hasn't paid anything to us. we have 15 days repair warranty policy. we would still be able to refund him if the customer has paid us any dollar amount.
