      On Sept 30th 2022 I contacted Northern Tool through **** about a listing on **** that was being sold from their seller account "northerntool" and was told it was no longer available. I had been watching this listing since Sept 26th 2022. The listing shows 4 available with 1 sold and the revisions page shows an update 12 hours from the only sale to keep the available at 4. I contacted them to make sure it was still there and was told it was gone. Its now 10/08/2022 and it still shows 4 available and they refuse to reply to further requests on **** about it being unavailable or not. It seems like this could have been some kind of mistake but if it were why ignore my request for clarification? There is more to this than just that though. I called them several times today trying to find someone who could answer about their availability on **** and I was constantly evaded and someone actually tried to tell me that the **** seller account northerntool wasn't actually their company. But they said if I bought the tool and wanted a refund I could still call them and expect a refund. Its beyond ridiculous that I can't get an answer about whether they actually have stock of something or not.

      Our customer service team has made attempts to reach ************** by email and phone, but has not received a reply.  Nonetheless, our customer service team has identified the item/posting referenced by Mr. *********** and we have resolved the product advertisement concern.
