    I spoke with Dump Me Dumpsters by phone on 4/15/24 informing them that the phone number they had listed for their business on SAFER Web **************************** was incorrect and was accidentally listed as my business phone number. My number is ************ and their phone number is ************. It has resulted in 20+ spam phone calls a day and I have had to shut off my business phone. I emailed **************************** on 4/23/24 because my phone number was still listed on the SAFER website. I did not get a response from them. I emailed again today 5/2/24 to follow up as my phone number is still listed. Today, 5/2/24, I filled out an online request to FMCSA **************** and have faxed a letter with my letterhead requesting the removal of the phone number immediately. It has impacted my ability to keep my phone on and have had to send all calls straight to voicemail, which is affecting my business. I am hoping this business can resolve this ASAP.

    After receiving the notification that our phone number was listed incorrectly through the ****** Dump me Dumpsters started working on requesting to have the number updated.  However due to how the ***** operates this change is not able to be done online without a pin and they do not accept the changes to be made via phone either.  Dump Me Dumpster put in several requests to receive the pin number via mail, this is the only way ***** will send it out.  The pin number still has not been received however after several calls we were able to have the phone number removed completely until we receive the pin number from ***** to be able to officially update the number.
