This company is a total scam, bought into their idea of cleaning out bad files from my computer. Called me back three weeks later and took complete control of my computer. Lost some money but hopefully I can get someone to help me locally to prevent this from happening again.

I was conned into believing they worked with Microsoft and my PC was hacked by an intruder and for $300US they would repair the damage. I contacted Microsoft and they never heard of International Blessing Web solutions and waiting from ESET (virus protection) whom I dealt with for years to see if their software service is necessary. I am embarrassed to say I gave them the $300 and yes, I am a dumb senior. Gerald B

Bunch of Scam Artists. Just targeted my elderly father claiming he has viruses on a BRAND NEW COMPUTER. Luckily, they didn't get any money out of my father but they did get enough information that they could try to access his accounts again or escalate to identity theft. Reported them to the police here in Canada.

Scam, pressure sales used to push elderly, disabled, non-computer literate people into buying services they don’t need. The company LIES to their victims claiming to be microsoft contractors to fix their security. 199,299,500 packages. total scam, report them to the police for predatory sales practice, fraud, abuse of the elderly.
