      I have a lowered car & needed a tow I called ********** said the driver would call me before hand to assess the situation but didnt & showed up to my vehicle without anyone present & attempted to put a wreck underneath my car when he was just down the road from the tow yard & could have got a flatbed instead of ripping off my bumper & severing my lower ball joint & wrecked the lower control arm it ripped the ball joint & dropped my car on the ground pushed my tire into my fender bent my fender & ripped my upper ball joint. The driver said he thought it was just a body *********** realize it was lowered (has 3 clearance) so he jacked up my car to put the wrecker under ********* it like that even though the weight of my car was sitting on the tire & was only connected to my car from the upper control arm & tie rod. I was on side of the road for a CV axle issue. I didnt find out about the damage until he pulled up. The driver denied doin any damage to my vehicle even though I had three witnesses who saw my car before it was picked up & after my car was picked up. I contacted the *********** & his wife & the driver came to my house to see the damage & accused me of the damage saying it had to have happened while I was driving but that is not physically possible because there would be a lot more damage to my car if that happened while I was moving and I would have to hit some really hard to *********** a joint out of a lower control arm leaving a pinky sized gauge trailing towards the rear of the vehicle consistent of the wrecker. There is no damage to the bottom of my car. The inside of my rim was intact outside of where my car got dropped. To add salt to the wound the owner tried to hand me $50 in cash saying that was money for some touchup paint for my bumper and body kit that was broken scraped up said they no longer will do service with me or my car. Im dealing with their insurance company right now & that is just as much of a joke as they are. Never again..

      ************ to *********. They have good equipment, my SUV came out fine, and *******, the ***** driver was personable and excellent. A great experience.
