    Hello, I received a service from the batguys bat removal service at my home. They came out in summer of 2021 to seal any spots a bat could get in. They said this included the garage as it's attached. They charged **** and said there is a 10 year warranty. If a bat is in our home they come back out. We had a bat in winter of 2021-2022. We had called right away and told them. The lady said she would have someone service us in April when hey started again. April came and we left numerous messages as they did not call us back. My husband finally spoke to someone and said they'd come out. They never showed up. I had emailed them, no response. Now we have another bat in our home and they do not return calls to stand behind their 10 year warranty. They are a scam. I see now there are numerous reviews on ****** saying they do this to people. I would love if you could help get some resolution.

    I spoke with ********************* on 2/9/2023 before seeing the complaint sent to the BBB. During our call he was requesting a warranty check and that we would get someone scheduled when we are back in season. We are closed, due to bats hibernation, from November through February. I did leave another message with ********************* concerning their complaint and left him a voicemail. I don't show any records in our system that we spoke with them prior today, 02/09/23, about needing us to assist in bat issues. There was no time during our conversation about them trying to reach us or having issues with our services.

     

    I am a bit confused why they reached out to the BBB before speaking with us. At this time once the technicians are back working will address the bat situation under warranty.
