    called them to get some help on my engine after I ordered parts from them and the customer ********************** reps were very rude. not to mention was on hold for at least 10 minutes before i got to talk to a person. very poor business.

    I called and a parts person answered the phone quickly. A very friendly and super knowledgeable sales person. I asked if the pistons and rods in the kit were after market of Kohler. He made three different checks and found they were Kohler, he also checked the type, AorB, for my instaltion and gave the right answer, the same one I came up with after checking on my own. I checked prices else where and for oem this kit was very inexpensive. Very happy with **** preformance!
