    After we opened back up from COVID closure, some parents paid Nov 2020 to keep their spots. This child paid during that time. Child began attending on 4/1/2021-9/24/2021.

    Child's tuition was paid by the parent in Nov, ************************ through assistance program known as Action for Children. The parent had a copay of 15.92/week. The State of IL paid for ***** and May of 2021 as well as part of the month of August 2021 and the whole month of Sept 2021.

    Per the state of IL: Child did not have an authorization for payment in June and July of 2021--therefore there is a large balance due on this account of 2343.08

    Total payments received: **** from ********* from parent (referenced time frame of Nov 2020), ****** copay from parent

    Total: *******, amount owed: ****--outstanding balance 2343.08

    Our accounting team, directors of the center and COO have indicated we will refund the Nov 2020 payment, when the account no longer has the balance on it.  If we returned the **** from Nov, the family would owe 3519.08.

    Our team has been in numerous contact with AFC (subsidy program) and they could not/can not send payment for that time period as there was no active authorization.  The account has too high of a balance at this time.
