      JD's marine was a dealer of Sea-Legs. we require our dealers to stock product. They chose not to so they had two sets sold we delivered two set. We installed one set on a customer pontoon but was unable to get to the other set. We were offere to do the install the following Friday. **'s marine said the customer backed out . We offered to call the customer but they refused. They asked us the pick up the Sea-Legs and refund their money. They have numeouis pontoon sales and at any time they could sell the set to one of there customer. ******************** did nothing wrong and sold them product in good faith. If a dealer looses a customer we are not in the habit of refunding the dealer.

       I am rejecting this response because:  The did not offer to come the following Friday.  They did not offer up another date except to our customer and they did not show up and we knew nothing about itl.

      When we contacted them they said the customer was lying and that they said they never told them when it would be installed.  Which was the owner of the company
