      1. Ive experience harassment/ then retaliation after making a complaint about my neighbors peeing on my vehicle. (Found out they are related to management- who I made the report to) 2. Neighbors being disruptive and violating my property children looking in my windows, throwing their balls/toys at my car, a neighbors cat living under my car.3. Withholding information in a timely manner about my rent even though Ive provided the information needed. 4. They leave memos/notes on every residents storm doors, including mine Ive been asking for a month about my rent payment situation, they came to my house I couldnt answer so instead of leaving the most important information I have been repeatedly asking for they took it with them leaving me without important information. 5. Ive hit my yearly recertification I was told any deduction I can use on taxes, I can use here towards the cost of my rent gas, car services etc. They have not included my deductions for these situations even though I had receipts.6. There has been a very clear change in the way Ive been treated since making my initial verbal complaint about her son peeing on my car.

      Business Response

I am responding to the complaints given in the statement written by ******** *******, a resident of Woodmount townhomes. To accuse management of harassment towards you because kids are throwing *****, looking in windows, a cat under your car? and neighbors being disruptive are not at all harassment by management. When reported to us we asked for the videos you stated you had, you sent over 100 videos we watched them and identified the issues, addressed those issues with the individuals which you saw and actually thanked us for following up. HUD requires section 8 residents to report changes, do paperwork and follow the guidelines while living in a HUD property. If at any time the tenant feels the calculations are not correct, they are free to ask questions, and management will take a look at it to make sure everything is correct. All paperwork goes to our compliance department to be completed, sent back to the property manager who then gives it to the tenant. ******** accuses management of not leaving important paperwork on her deck?, the ** took the paperwork over to ********, no one answered and the storm door was locked so the ** took it back to the office, emailed ******** that her door was locked and she will try again the following day as she was not going to leave important paperwork laying on her front deck for anyone to see. This is common practice. There is no retaliation with ******** she is doing her annual recertification just as all other tenants are required to do and it is in the process of being reviewed by compliance for accuracy. Once completed it will be sent to her. ***
