PC First Responder (Owner *********************) has provided IT/computer services to me for several years. Initially, ****** assisted my husband and I in purchasing computer equipment for our home and my law office solo practice. Following the set-up of my solo law practice, ****** helped me set up backup protection for my computer and a business email which I then paid a monthly fee to PC First Responder for many years to provide backup computer protection and email backup. PC First Responder acted as an administrator to the email address through Exchange in the event of a computer crash/loss of data. I closed my private law practice on 3/31/23 and notified ************** would no longer need services from PC First Responder. I received confirmation I would no longer be charged for services but no other communication from PC First Responder. Since 4/1/23 I have had no access to my personal email address ************************** I have left two specific voicemails for ******, I have sent several messages through his business website and emails asking for his help in giving me access to my personal email address and he has not responded. I receive many emails regarding my childrens' school information, personal information from friends and family that I have not been able to access for a month. ****** has never been good at responding to voicemails/emails/text messages etc. but I am very frustrated that as soon as I was no longer paying $32.00 a month to his business, he completely cut me off from accessing my personal email. I am happy to establish a new personal email address if need be but I want to be able to access my old address to push messages to the new address and he is simply not responding to any attempts at communication. Thank you for your time, help and assistance in resolving this concern about PC First Responder. Sincerely, *****************************
